For this year's "Teacher Appreciation  Day," the Parent Engagement Group (PEG), led by parents Loann Vu and Alynn Nguyen, decided to celebrate our CCA teachers with a weeklong series of activities.  On Monday, 2nd, 2022, they provided our CCA teachers with an assortment of breakfast pasties, bagels, donuts, juices, and coffee for teachers to enjoy.  This was followed by an amazing lunch on Wednesday, 4th, 2022, and culminated with an off-campus meeting on Friday, 6th, 2022, at Flora Haven where teachers enjoyed a late lunch with an assortment of sandwiches, pastries and desserts baked by CCA's own student Anton Minh Do.   After enjoying their lunch and desserts, teachers learned to build flower bouquets while enjoying the company of PEG members, school administrators, counselors, and support staff.  Flora Haven's owner, Minnie Thai, graciously welcomed CCA staff to her home and flower shop, and made sure everybody present learned how to build a beautiful floral bouquet.  Thanks to Loann Vu, Alynn Nguyen, and Minnie Thai for being such gracious hosts!!
