Throughout the past month, CCA students and faculty have gathered toiletries and other essential items to be donated to the Bill Wilson Center. The Bill Wilson Center is a non-profit community-based organization that provides essential life services, such as clothing, food, shelter, and counseling, for the Bay Area's homeless youth.
Over the weekend, CCA students and families volunteered their time to create specialized care packages and cards for the Bay Area's homeless. In total, they put together 190 care packages and cards, which were then brought the the Bill Wilson Center to be distributed to those in need.
CCA wants to extend a heartfelt thanks to all who donated and volunteered for such a wonderful cause. Truly, community is defined and sustained by people like you. Thank you for your help and all that you do.
