Jhansi fulfilled her initial college work in India, earning both a Bachelor's of Science Degree with a major in Math, and a Master's Degree in Computer Applications. After moving to the United States, she began her teaching career by volunteering in her children’s classroom.

Jhansi holds Single Subject Math and Multiple Subject Teaching Credentials, and has completed the Teacher Preparation program through CalState TEACH, CSU Monterey Bay. Jhansi has worked in the Evergreen School District, and Oak Grove School District prior to joining College Connection Academy in the Franklin McKinley School District.

Currently, Jhansi teaches Grade 7 Math and Science.
